Ertan ASLAN Ph.D.

He served as Senior Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance-Tax Inspection Board from 1999 to 2014. He completed his master’s degree in Financial Economics from Boston University and his doctorate in Business Administration in English from Dokuz Eylul University.

With over 30 years of professional experience, he specializes in tax, finance, merger and acquisition, demerger, valuation, due diligence, independent audit, accounting standards, capital markets legislation, double taxation agreements, and consultancy for tax inspection and tax litigation. He is currently providing services to many national and international companies operating in mainly: automotive, tourism, construction, logistics, food and the textiles industries.

He gives graduate lectures at universities on accounting and tax. He has theses and many articles published in domestic and international journals in the fields of tax, finance and independent auditing. He is highly proficient in English.
